65+ Choose to Move Program
The Recreation, Culture & Community Department is partnering with the BC Recreation and Parks Association and the University of British Columbia’s Centre for Hip Health and Mobility to pilot a new and exciting program, Choose to Move.

48 Avenue Improvements
The City’s contractor Lafarge Canada Inc. will be starting construction of the 48 Avenue Road Improvement Project on Monday April 3, 2017. The project involves widening 48 Avenue on the north side from 200 Street to 201 Street.
Based on last year’s experience with the Langley Good Times Cruise-In, City staff conducted an analysis of the event to objectively and critically evaluate every facet of the City’s involvement.
The uncertainty of the future of Tourism Langley has led Langley City Council to reconsider the delivery of tourism services in the City.
Crews will be conducting water main flushing between March 20 - May 15. If flushing occurs in your area, you may experience discoloured water. Run your taps until the water becomes clear. If you have any questions call 604.514.2910.
