NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 2017 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw and development permit:
Bylaw No. 3023 – Zoning Amendment and Development Permit DP 06-17
Purpose: To amend the Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the properties located at 19782 55A Avenue and 5519-198 Street from RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to CD48 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 17-unit townhouse complex.
