NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2017 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the proposed Discharge of Land Use Contract Bylaws for the following properties:
Bylaw No. 3025: Discharge of Land Use Contract No. 06A-74 from the property located at 5040 – 205A Street
Bylaw No. 3030: Discharge of Land Use Contract No. 23-73 from the property located at 20215 – 44A Avenue
Purpose: To discharge the Land Use Contracts from the subject properties to reveal the underlying
RS1 Single Family Residential Zone.
Legal description: Lot 227, District Lot 304, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 51644;
Lot 215, Section 35, Township 7, New Westminster District, Plan 49277
Copies of the proposed bylaws may be inspected at the Development Services Department, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C., from Tuesday, September 19, 2017 to Monday, October 2, 2017 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. excluding statutory holidays, or online by clicking Bylaw 3025 and Bylaw 3030. Comments may be submitted by mail to the above noted mailing address or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
