Langley, B.C.  – Today, Monday, November 23, 2015, the Mayor and Council of the City of Langley have accepted the formal resignation of Councillor Hall. Dave was nearing the completion of his 7th year on Langley City Council having completed 3 full terms on the Langley School Board as a trustee for 9 years between 1997 and 2006. Three of these trustee years were fulfilled as Chair of the Langley School Board. Hall has greatly enjoyed his most recent term on Langley City Council and looks forward to the completion and delivery of a new Timms Community Centre project and the pursuit of environmental and parks enhancements as promised by both the O.C.P. (Official Community Plan) and the City’s Strategic Plan.

Unfortunately, Councillor Hall’s resignation comes on the heels of a significant battle with Cancer. Mr. Hall has found that it has become increasing difficult to devote time to both Council duties and attention to family.

Councillor Hall wishes to express his gratitude to those that both supported him in the past as well as those that continue to offer support. To view the PDF click here
