Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan

The City of Langley has completed a new Parks, Recreation and Culture (PRC) Master Plan. The plan will provide direction to City council and staff on the development and expansion of parks and trails, recreation and cultural facilities, as well as the programs and services needed to meet the needs of our changing and vibrant community.

Over the past 11 months the consultants have gathered information from a variety of sources including:

  • An electronic survey of residents
  • 18 Focus Groups including sports, arts, seniors, youth, environment, school district, general public, and advisory groups
  • 2 Public Open Houses

The plan, now in the final draft, is now available for viewing. Please select which section of the document you would like to view in PDF format; Part 1 - Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan Document or Part 2 - Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan Appendices.
