After-Hours Public Works Emergency
City of Langley Operations Centre is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, except holidays.
In the event of an after-hours emergency, such as water main break, flood or critical service disruption, standby operations personnel can be notified through Surrey Fire Dispatch at 604-534-3496.

City staff provide service to citizens and businesses following our Full-Circle Service policy (described on the left). If for any reason you are not satisfied with the decisions made or service you receive, please contact the manager or director responsible for the department you are dealing with.The City's Chief Administrative Officer, Francis Cheung, is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations of the City
