COMMUNITY DAY PARADE AND CELEBRATION
This celebration of community includes a parade, music, food, live entertainment, and children's rides and activities. A bike decorating contest follows the parade at Douglas Park's "Party in the Park."

BARD IN THE PARK
Hold on to your Heart. Cupid is Armed and Dangerous! Bring your friends and family to “Bard in the Park” for a FREE evening of entertainment brought to you by the Bard in the Valley Non-Profit Society in partnership with the City of Langley. Presenting Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Nights Dream, a comedy about two people in love with the wrong partners leading lives complicated by city law, feuding faerie loyalty and love. Settle in and enjoy the hilarity that follows!

ARTS ALIVE FESTIVAL
If visual and performing arts are your pleasure, Downtown Langley is the place to be on the third Saturday of every August. The streets of Downtown Langley come alive with over 100 participants including the fine arts, artisans and crafters, a multicultural venue, a first nations display and an exciting children's activity area. See artists demonstrate their techniques and talented musicians being featured on three entertainment stages. This "free, fun for the whole family event" is a great way to spend your day.
