The Timms Community Centre has fitness for everyone! Whether you prefer working out in the gym, taking a group class, or participating in team sports, the City of Langley supports you in keeping fit! Triathlon
Come out and join us for Langley’s Tri-It Triathlon. It is a sprint race (short distance), great for first-timers, as well as athletes just ramping up for the season. All ages are encouraged to join in the fun, with shorter distances for the younger categories.[ more ]2009 Results
