Fitness

The Timms Community Centre has fitness for everyone!  Whether you prefer working out in the gym, taking a group class, or participating in team sports, the City of Langley supports you in keeping fit!  Child minding is also available to help parents get that fitness break for themselves.  Check out the full schedule inside. Triathlon

Come out and join us for Langley’s Tri-It Triathlon.  It is a sprint race (short distance), great for first-timers, as well as athletes just ramping up for the season.  All ages are encouraged to join in the fun, with shorter distances for the younger categories.[ more ]
